" Bill came to do a gas boiler check. He was on time, friendly, courteous and efficient. He did all the necessary checks, checked the radiators were all heating up properly, and programmed our heating and hot water for us while also showing me how to do it in future. He also looked at our broken toilet flush and sent me a quote for fixing it. I found him to be a thoroughly nice guy and we will definitely call him again for any future plumbing work that needs doing in our house. "

" I required a plumber to replace a leaking tap and unreliable toilet flush and check out other problems in a house I rent out. Billy liaised with the tenants to fix a date and time and then sent me a detailed and very reasonable estimate. He did that job and stuck to the estimate price. On that visit he also checked out a faulty shower mixer tap which the tenant had subsequently alerted me to and I have got him returning for that when he has the required parts. "
